Overview of common fields

This table provides an overview of all the questions that are being synchronized in between forms, which are currently only the DMP and GDPR Registration.

The table consists of four columns:

Question spells out the full question as you would encounter it in any of the forms.

Reporter	Reporter	The reporter is someone who is primarily responsible for raising a request or submitting a form. All correspondence with regards to an issue is primarily directed towards the reporter.
