Overview of common fields

This table provides an overview of all the questions that are being synchronized in between forms, which are currently only the DMP and GDPR Registration.

The table consists of four columns:

  1. Question spells out the full question as you would encounter it in any of the forms. The synchronized questions are spelled out exactly the same across forms.

  2. Description contains a more elaborate description of the question and answer options.

  3. The colum with question number indicates where you can the synchronized question within each form.

  4. The short name is nothing for requester or collaborators to worry about. It is for reference of system administrators/support specialists only.

Requester

The reporter is someone who is primarily responsible for raising a request or submitting a form. All correspondence with regards to an issue is primarily directed towards the reporter.

A request participant is a collaborator or someone who you share a particular type of form with. If you turn on synchronization, the collaborators will have access to all synchronized forms.
