How do I get ‘customer’ access to Jira?
A customer account can be set up using any email address, however it is strongly recommended to use your UM or MUMC+ account. This will enable you to log in using your institutional credentials.
Navigate to https://mumc.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portals
You will be prompted to provide your email address.
If you have an account, you will be forwarded to the Single Sign On page and asked to provide your institutional credentials.
If you don’t have an account, a magic link will be sent to your inbox in order to set one up. Please follow the steps.
You should now have customer access to the Central BioBank Maastricht UMC+ Registration Module.
With customer access, you can:
create, edit and submit registration forms
track the progress of your forms
request help or ask a general question
view documentation in our wiki
