1.0 Registration Process for Known-Researchers : Start filling out the forms as requested:

You might have worked with the Central BioBank Maastricht UMC+ for previous projects and the process and forms to register your project are well known to you. In this case the Central BioBank Maastricht UMC+ Project Manager would be in touch with you letting you know which forms have been open for you.

You will then be given a link that will guide to the forms needed for the registration of you project. In the portal you will see the image here below:

2.0 Following up with the forms

You can follow up with the forms status on the portal. The Central BioBank Maastricht UMC+ team will also communicate to you via the portal, regarding missing information or comments on the forms.

3.0 Finally Confirmation of Approval

At some point within the process you will receive confirmation that the process is done and the all forms have been approved.
